This Privacy Policy explains how JOURE Perfume processes personal data collected through the joureperfume.com website. We take the privacy of your personal data seriously and process it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As JOURE is based in Türkiye, processing also complies with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). For details on cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

The data controller is JOURE Perfume (legal entity: Bimica Uluslararası İşletme Ltd. Şti.). For activities in the European market we work together with Joure Perfume B.V. (Netherlands). Contact details:
Personal data we collect
- Contact form data: Full name, phone, email and message content. When you submit the contact form on the site, this information is stored in the database on our own server and sent as a notification to the relevant Joure email address, so that your request can be answered. If you prefer, you can write to us on our WhatsApp line instead of using the form; in that case your message is delivered via WhatsApp only.
- Dealership / private label application data: Personal and company details you share in the application forms.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) lead form submissions: When you respond to our ads on Facebook or Instagram and complete Meta’s instant form (lead form), your name, phone number, email address and your other answers (city, investment budget, location status, intended timing) are collected by Meta and passed on to us so that your enquiry can be assessed. For these submissions no IP address or browser information is collected, because the form is completed on Meta’s own screen rather than on our site. You give your consent on Meta’s form screen; Meta’s processing of the data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Server (log) records: Technical data such as IP address, browser type and access time, kept automatically for security and the proper functioning of the site.
- Analytics and marketing cookie data: Collected only if you give consent via the cookie consent banner (see Cookie Policy).
- Google Analytics and remarketing: We use Google Analytics and Google Ads remarketing features on our site. If you give consent, the fact that you visited our site may be used by Google to show you Joure ads on other websites. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
- Advertising consent on the dealership form: If you tick the optional advertising consent box on the dealership application form, your name, phone number and email address may be uploaded in hashed form to the Google and Meta advertising platforms and processed on those platforms’ servers abroad, in order to show Joure ads to you and to people similar to you. This consent is not mandatory and does not affect the assessment of your application. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@joureperfume.com.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: If you give consent, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API on our site. The fact that you visited our site and submitted a form, together with your contact details in hashed form, may be transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and processed on Meta’s servers abroad, in order to show you Joure ads on Facebook and Instagram and to measure our advertising. Your contact details are transferred only if you tick the optional advertising consent box on the dealership form. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
- OpenAI (ChatGPT ads) measurement pixel: If you give consent, we use the OpenAI measurement pixel on our site. In order to measure whether our ads on ChatGPT lead to an application on our site, your visit and form submission data, along with your contact details in hashed form, may be transferred to OpenAI from your browser and processed on servers abroad. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Purposes of processing

- To manage product, dealership and private label processes,
- To ensure the security of the site and resolve technical issues,
- Where you consent, to analyse how the site is used and to carry out marketing activities.
Legal basis
We process your personal data under Article 6 of the GDPR on the basis of: performance of a contract (or steps prior to it), our legitimate interests, and — for analytics/marketing cookies and international transfers — your explicit consent. For visitors in Türkiye, the corresponding legal bases in Article 5 of the KVKK apply.
Retention
Dealership applications, private label enquiries and contact records submitted through the forms on this site are kept for 2 years and are deleted automatically at the end of that period. Connection records kept for rate limiting are deleted after 30 days, and panel sign-in attempts after 90 days. Your other personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for any mandatory retention periods laid down by applicable law; once those periods expire, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Data transfers
Where you consent, your data may be transferred to providers such as Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Facebook / Instagram Pixel) as part of analytics and marketing services. Because these providers’ servers may be located outside your country, such transfers are made on the basis of your explicit consent and, where applicable, appropriate safeguards. We may also share data with competent public authorities where required by our legal obligations.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g. secure connections/SSL, access authorisation) to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, and correspondingly under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain information about its processing,
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data rectified,
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- Restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing,
- Data portability,
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing,
- Lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
